this software is used by various state and county agencies of North Carolina. it tracts the activity and utilization of resources of case workers and creates reports needed to obtain funding from grants from the federal government for its different programs. each grant requires different sets of demographics to be collected in a report to qualify the agency for monies. therefore, data is collected and shown in many different kinds of reports. this software also is used to coordinate inter-agency efforts and track their efficiency. this software was unique to the state of North Carolina until recently sold to two other states where it is the process of implementation. this software is for sale; please call for pricing
