this software records the results from a leadership styles survey, calculates and categorizes the type of leader, based on the responses to the survey, shows the results in the form of graphs and compares the results to the rest of the class. it will also compare the persons results to previous surveys to show the progress made from the leadership class. this software is replacing the clients previous methods which included Excel spreadsheets, simple databases, Quark page layout, printed materials, and many man hours. the previous method took about 20 minutes to run per report. our software calculates as the data is entered resulting in very small wait times. there were also major problems with the old methods such as Excel, which upgraded its software over the years causing stability problems within their spreadsheet. the software was unstable because they could not upgrade to the newer versions which did not support many of their older formulas and methods. our software mimicked the graphs created in complex page layout programs by designers while providing speed and stability. the company that contracted this software is a small company specializing in corporate leadership development through facilitators and coaches. this software is not for sale.
